Walton-on-the-Naze

is a bit of a hidden gem, with its long sandy beaches, surrounded by beautiful countryside (including miles of wetlands - a bird watchers paradise!)

In fact Walton is a traditional English seaside town,  with the 3rd longest pier in the country and very friendly locals! 

Those who have discovered it, often decades ago, still come back year after year for their summer holidays, staying in one of the local caravan parks or small guest houses.  Some have loved it so much that they have moved here in their retirement. 

All in all, a very special place!
